La piscina con sus cascadas y las intersecciones de los diferentes volúmenes de la villa recuerdan a la idea de un barco con sus cubiertas, navegando, representado mediante una imagen conceptual.
La vivienda, pensada para un uso continuo durante el año, presenta un programa que separa lo público de lo privado; dependencias como salón-comedor-cocina de los cinco dormitorios y baños, quedando en medio zonas de reunión abiertas, que, saliendo de esa intimidad e independencia de los espacios, converge de nuevo hacia la gran vista del mar.
