Ground Floor
The ground floor offers a private garage, a relaxing Scandinavian sauna, a guest toilet, and a cozy bedroom with a 130 cm bed. There is also a comfortable living area with a double sofa bed and a dedicated workspace, ideal for guests combining leisure with remote work.

Middle Floor
On the main level, you’ll find a welcoming entrance hall, a guest toilet, and a fully equipped modern kitchen. A separate laundry room includes a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. The elegant dining and lounge area features comfortable sofas, a TV, stereo system, and a fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. All bedrooms have floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto a large terrace with breathtaking panoramic views of the mountains, sea, and nearby golf course. The villa is equipped with underfloor heating, as well as central heating and cooling, ensuring year-round comfort.
